OUR STORY
Kenneth Ethan Stoppenbrink founded Jaoudi Furniture in 1990. He spent time sourcing in Singapore and Malaysia, before deciding to establish the company’s manufacturing operations in those regions. He recognized the high-quality craftsmanship and materials available in Singapore and Malaysia, which aligned with his vision for Jaoudi Furniture.
By setting up production in these countries, he was able to ensure that the furniture met his standards for quality and design while also taking advantage of the cost efficiencies offered by the region. This strategic decision helped Jaoudi Furniture grow and establish itself as a reputable brand known for its elegant and durable pieces. The company has been shipping products to the USA, England, Ireland, Australia, Germany, Belgium, France, New Zealand and Canada. In 1996, when he saw a stack of pallets at the factory, he instantly knew there was another use for them. From there, their reclaimed furniture line was born. Since then, they have been producing reclaimed furniture for some of the biggest retailers around the world. To this day, they continue working with reclaimed furniture as a specialty. They also manufacture using other materials like oak, rubber wood, MDF and veneers. However, they have always had a soft spot for using reclaimed furniture and doing their part for the environment.
